Brian has designed and developed the BF Diamond working from his experience gained from over 25 years in the Board Rooms of British and European businesses. The core of the BF Diamond is the understanding of the Business Fundamentals that Brian researched and drafted over a six- month period in Year 2016. Brian is passionate about business and the central role that senior management / directors play in the ultimate success or failure of business ventures. He has set up Diamond-Clarity Consultants working with like- minded individuals to help drive businesses forward through focusing on the business fundamentals.
Justin heads the UK business of Cornerstone International from the London hub and has access to international and local expertise of specialist recruiters covering most industries.Justin is a recruitment practioner with a wide ranging recruitment background starting in high tech Sectors for major brands and leading edge companies. He has developed a pragmatic and results driven approach to recruitment that has touched on most business to business sectors.Having studied with the CIPD, British Institute of Psychology and certified by Predictive Index in behavioural assessment, Justin also leads the charge for adding value through using thorough assessment processes to ensure that people and organisations are well matched.
Justin believes that people make the difference in any organisation and taking the time to understand how business objectives translate into rewarding personal challenges is at the heart of the CIG philosophy. This philosophy is echoed in the BF Diamond's ability to quickly establish the 'snapshot' view of the overall strategic position of the business.
After a very successful career in the Armed Forces, Rob has transitioned into industry holding roles at all levels. His focus on operational efficiency lead to him being appointed Head of Operations for the airport services in Europe and the UK for a FTSE 100 company and is reflected in his consultancy business, Oak Leaf Management Consultants Limited. Rob's diverse skill set has also lead him to being appointed; Chair of Directors for a Multi Academy Trust and Sales and Marketing Director for an aviation industry technology start-up company. Rob is attracted to the BF Diamond as his 'no - nonsense' business approach has resulted in a proven track record of winning new business and growing contracts organically for a number of UK businesses.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with Corporate and SME business experience as both a Finance Director and as Managing Director in the creative and media sectors. Now an owner and Managing Director of a small portfolio of businesses serving the smaller end of the SME market with creative design, print management and business advisory services. Recognition of the importance of clear communication and working to an agreed goal has always stood Stuart in good stead throughout his career. The objectives of Diamond Clarity fit well with Stuart and he is delighted to be involved in supporting business growth and efficiency projects.
Jo is MD of Culture Consultancy, a company that increases business results through improving people dynamics. Culture Consultancy work with companies to create effective organisational cultures, upskill their leadership teams, engage their employees and enhance service for their clients.
Jo is formerly head of HR for Goldman Sachs France and Switzerland and with 16 years’ experience working in change management for various organisation across the globe.
Jo brings a wealth of practitioner experience to turnaround and start-up projects. With a global reputation as an expert in building high performance cultures, she specialises in working with senior leadership teams of global organisations operating in complex and regulated environments; helping to deliver sustainable performance improvements, through outstanding people practices.
Jo is also a co-author of the CMI Award Shortlisted book ‘Building a Culture of Innovation’ and has recently been recognised in the Smith & Williamson Power 100 for her work to boost productivity through positive company culture.
She is also holds a BA in European Languages, Culture and Society from the University of London Is qualified coach with the Coaching Academy, an NLP Master Practitioner and speaker on high-performance leadership, conduct cultures and organisation culture to deliver strategic growth.
Jo mentors a number of small business owners and CEOs of charities, recently crowdfunded £8k for the clean water charity Just A Drop.
